Loomwire Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 16, 2026

SAVE Integration, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) makes Loomwire, an iPhone and iPad app for recording installed electrical, low-voltage, and network conditions (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

Summary

  • Your jobs, panels, breakers, equipment, network records, photos, and change history are stored on your device. They are not sent to us.
  • Loomwire has no account, no sign-in, and no server. We do not receive your data.
  • Loomwire has no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking.
  • Loomwire is free and has no in-app purchases.
  • A PDF leaves your device only when you export it and choose where to send it.

Information the App stores on your device

What you type or add is yours. Depending on how you use the App, it may hold:

  • Job details you enter: job names, client names, job numbers, site names, and addresses.
  • Electrical records: panels, breakers, loads, and notes.
  • Equipment and network records: equipment names, makes, models, serial numbers, ports, VLANs, cable links, IP and MAC addresses, and notes.
  • Credential references: a note about where a password is kept (for example “1Password · Smith Residence”). Loomwire is designed to record where a password lives, not the password itself. Please do not type passwords into the App.
  • Photos you attach to a breaker, device, or other item.
  • Your name, if you enter it in Settings. The App uses it to label change records (who changed what, and when).
  • Change history: a log of edits made after a baseline revision, with the time and the name above.
  • Preferences: a few small settings, such as whether you accepted the first-launch notice and whether sample jobs were loaded.

This information is stored in the App’s private storage on your iPhone or iPad. We do not collect it, and we cannot see it.

Camera and photos

  • Camera. If you tap Camera on a breaker or piece of equipment, iOS asks for permission to use the camera. The App uses the camera only to take a photo you attach to that item. You can decline; the rest of the App still works.
  • Photo library. If you tap Library or Add photo, you pick the photos to attach through Apple’s photo picker. The App receives only the photos you select, not your whole library.
  • Photos you attach are copied into the App’s private storage on your device and are not uploaded anywhere by the App. You can change camera and photo permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

Exporting and sharing a PDF

The App can create a PDF as-built record (panel schedules, equipment, network list, and change report). A PDF leaves the App only when you tap Export PDF and then choose a destination in the iOS share sheet, such as Mail, Messages, AirDrop, or Files. What you send, and to whom, is your choice. After you share a file, how it is handled is governed by the app or service you chose and the recipient. We do not receive exported PDFs.

Links in Settings

The Support and Privacy Policy rows in the App’s Settings open pages on our website in your browser, and Contact Support opens an email to help@save-apps.com in your email app. The App itself does not load web content or send information when you tap them. Your browser or email app handles the rest.

Backups

Apple may include the App’s data in your iCloud Backup or a computer backup of your device, depending on your iOS settings. Those backups are controlled by you and Apple, under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. We do not have access to them. Loomwire does not currently sync through iCloud or any other service.

What we do not do

  • We do not collect your data on our servers. The App does not have any.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not show ads or include advertising SDKs.
  • We do not use analytics or third-party tracking, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
  • We do not require an account.
  • We do not store passwords. Credential fields are for references only.

TestFlight and Apple

If you test a pre-release version of Loomwire through Apple’s TestFlight, Apple handles the invitation, installation, and any feedback or crash reports you choose to send through TestFlight, under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. If you send us feedback through TestFlight or by email, we use it only to understand and fix the problem.

Contacting support

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply and to improve the App. Please do not send passwords or sensitive client details in screenshots or attachments.

Children

Loomwire is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices and data retention

  • Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete a whole job (swipe it in the job list, or use the job’s menu, then confirm), or delete individual breakers and equipment, inside the App. Deleting a job removes its panels, equipment, photos, and change log from your device.
  • Deleting the App from your device removes the data stored in it (subject to iOS behavior for backups you have made).
  • Because we do not hold your data, we have no copy to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. If you have a question about your rights or about this policy, contact us below.

Not an engineering document

Loomwire records conditions as entered by the user. It is not an engineering document, and it does not make code-compliance determinations. Totals shown in the App are informational sums of the values entered, not load calculations.

Changes

If we add features that change how information is handled (for example, optional iCloud sync or sharing), we will update this policy and its effective date before the change takes effect, and we will update the App Store privacy details to match.
