Consulting
Independent, experienced guidance on home and commercial automation, from first drawings to the years after move-in.
An expert on your side of the table
Lighting, control, and AV systems now touch nearly every part of a luxury home or hospitality property. They are also among the easiest parts of a project to get wrong, and the hardest to fix later. SAVE Integration has programmed these systems since 2015, and our consulting comes from that hands-on experience. We help you make good decisions early, hold the project to them, and sort out what isn't working.
What We Help With
Owner's Rep & Technology Advisory
For new builds and remodels, we represent the owner's interests on all things technology: reviewing proposals, attending key meetings, and keeping the scope aligned with what you actually want.
System Design Review
An independent review of drawings, equipment lists, and proposals before they are approved. We look for gaps, overspend, poor product choices, and anything that will be hard to support later.
Integrator & Vendor Selection
Help defining what you need, preparing a clear scope, and comparing bids, so you can choose an integration partner on substance rather than sales.
Second Opinions on Existing Systems
A Crestron or Lutron system that is unreliable, confusing, or not what you were promised. We assess what is there, explain it in plain English, and recommend a path forward.
Commercial & Hospitality Advisory
For hotels, resorts, and commercial properties, guidance on control and lighting systems that need to work for guests, staff, and operations every day.
On Site or Remote
We are based in Los Angeles, with residential projects in Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Beverly Park, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Santa Barbara, and Montecito, and we work with clients in Colorado, Montana, New York, Florida, and elsewhere. Design reviews, meetings, and much programming can be done remotely; we have supported projects as far away as a yacht in Spain. We come on site when it matters.
Clear Terms
Phone consultation: free. On-site visits: charged. Service work: billed hourly, in tenths of an hour. Full projects: typically a fixed fee with a deposit. You will know the scope and fee structure before any work begins.
Who Consulting Is For
Homeowners; architects, interior designers, and builders; estate and property managers; hotel, resort, and commercial owners; and integration firms that need senior Crestron or Lutron insight.
Why Work With Us
Hands-on expertise from over 10 years of programming. Independent perspective: we don't sell equipment. Plain answers. Referral-built: this site is new, and the approach behind it is not.
