Privacy Policy

SAVE Integration, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Multitasking Time Tracker mobile and desktop application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

Summary

  • Your projects, tasks, and time logs are stored on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
  • We do not operate user accounts or a cloud sync service for the App.
  • On iPhone and iPad, the free version may show ads through Google AdMob. We request non-personalized ads and do not use the App to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
  • The Mac version does not display ads.

Information the App processes

Depending on how you use the App, the following may be processed:

  • Time-tracking data — project names, task names, session start/end times, notes, and related settings you enter.
  • Purchase information — if you buy “Pro,” Apple processes payment. We receive only what is needed to unlock Pro features on your device (for example, purchase entitlement status through StoreKit). We do not receive your full payment card details.
  • Coarse location (optional) — if you enable GPS tagging on a project, the App may attach location information to sessions. You can leave this feature off.
  • Calendar (optional) — if you choose to import sessions into your calendar, the App accesses calendar data you authorize through system permissions.
  • Preferences — settings such as whether to show help on startup, favorite project presets, and Pro unlock state stored locally on your device.

Data stored on your device

Most App data is saved locally on your device (for example, in app storage and standard on-device preferences). You may export a backup file or share reports using system share features. When you export or share, you control where that data goes.

Advertising (iPhone and iPad only)

The free version on iOS and iPadOS may display banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device and usage information needed to deliver and measure ads, subject to Google’s policies. We configure the App to request non-personalized ads. Upgrading to Pro removes ads on supported platforms.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not use the App for cross-app “tracking” as defined by Apple for personalized advertising across other companies’ apps and websites.
  • We do not require you to create an account with us to use the App.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

  • Turn off GPS tagging per project if you do not want location attached to sessions.
  • Upgrade to Pro to remove ads on iPhone and iPad.
  • Delete the App to remove locally stored data from your device (subject to iOS/macOS behavior for backups).
  • Use “Restore Purchases” in the App to restore Pro on a device signed in with the same Apple ID.

Data retention

Data remains on your device until you delete it, delete the App, or replace data through features such as backup import. We do not retain your time-tracking content on our servers because we do not collect it centrally.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date above.
